Remote volunteering
Through remote volunteering, Australians are supporting organisations overseas to achieve their development goals anywhere, anytime.
Remote volunteering helps create change
The Australian Volunteers Program’s remote volunteering initiative is partnering volunteers with organisations in countries across the Pacific, Asia, and Africa to help them achieve their development goals.
Whether you’re a skilled volunteer, or an organisation seeking help to build your capacity, remote volunteering is flexible and supportive.
All skills are needed and assignments come in all shapes and sizes. Assignments are tailored to fit the needs of our partner organisations and the lifestyle of our volunteers.
Volunteers and partner organisations receive training, support from dedicated teams in each country, and a modest allowance to help cover the technology costs associated with working remotely.
