The Department works in close partnership with emerging private sector leaders like Tariala Farm, a newly established agribusiness dedicated to inclusive and viable poultry farming systems. By supporting the establishment of robust business foundations within these lead farms, the Department aims to create a blueprint for commercial poultry success that can be replicated by farmers nationwide. As a start-up agribusiness, Tariala Farm serves as a critical pilot for the Department’s vision of a modernised poultry industry.
