The 2021 Go Back<>Give Back initiative
Support your partner organisation remotely with a $10,000 grant, and help deliver a project that supports their development goals.

About the 2021 RAVN Go Back<>Give Back initiative:
Thank you for your interest in applying for the Returned Australian Volunteer Network’s Go Back<>Give Back initiative. We are excited to continue to build on the success of the 2015 Host Organisation Revisited Competition and the 2018 and 2019-20 RAVN Go Back<>Give Back Competitions, to recognise and celebrate the ongoing connections between Australian Volunteers Program alumni and partner organisations.
With COVID-19 currently preventing safe international travel, we are unable to send alumni winners to ‘go back’ to their partner organisations in person. Instead, alumni winners will support their partner organisation remotely (from Australia) to deliver their project together.
We are offering five grants of AUD$10,000 for partner organisations through the 2021 RAVN Go Back<>Give Back initiative. We have also made applying more streamlined by using the online grants platform SmartyGrants. This purpose-built grants management platform allows both you and your partner organisation to co-develop a project idea together online.
The entry guide (below) will help you to understand whether you and your partner organisation are eligible, and contains detailed information on applying.
Best of luck to all applicants!
