About the Partner Organisation

Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares (HNGV), located in Dili, the capital city of Timor-Leste.

HNGV is the national referral hospital operated by the Ministry of Health, providing comprehensive secondary and tertiary healthcare services to the population of Timor-Leste. It also serves as a key center for clinical education and postgraduate medical training in collaboration with local universities and nursing schools.

HNGV requires volunteer support due to a shortage of skilled healthcare educators and emergency-trained professionals. Volunteers are essential to help build clinical capacity, strengthen medical education, and support the development of specialized health services across the country.
