About the Partner Organisation
The Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) is the national institution mandated to lead, coordinate, and regulate all mine action activities in Cambodia. Established in 2000 under the Royal Government of Cambodia, the CMAA is responsible for ensuring effective planning, management, and implementation of demining, risk education, victim assistance, and mine action sector development. We work in close collaboration with government ministries, development partners, mine action operators, and affected communities to address the humanitarian and developmental impacts of landmines and explosive remnants of war (ERW).This assignment is critical to CMAA as it directly contributes to achieving our mission of a mine-free Cambodia and improving the quality of life for landmine/ERW survivors.
