Training & Enrichment Support Officer

We’re looking for a Training and Enrichment Support Officer  who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Laos.

About the partner organisation 

Increased wildlife law enforcement efforts over the past decade have led to record-breaking numbers of wildlife being held in the two wildlife rescue facilities developed by Free the Bears under the purview of the Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Department of Luang Prabang. Increasingly the sanctuaries are being used to deliver unique training experiences for a range of groups from Frontline First Response government officers to veterinary students and visiting youth groups. Through this assignment we aim to build capacity of local trainer, educators and animal care teams to deliver international-standard curricula and innovative education programmes while ensuring optimal welfare for rescued wildlife and safety for all participants.
