​Strategic Financial Management Advisor

We’re looking for a Strategic Financial Management Advisor who can live and volunteer for 12 months in Fiji.

• To be considered for this role, you’ll need formal qualifications in Accounting or Financial management with a minimum 5 years experience in financial management
• As a volunteer, you will support the development of internal financial systems, strategic planning frameworks and capacity strengthening of local finance and leadership teams
• Provide support in technical oversight for financial reporting and compliance

BIRTH Fiji is a counselling and social service organisation based in Lautoka, Fiji committed to supporting mental health and human rights across communities. Through free counselling, advocacy, capacity building and partnerships with local and international networks, BIRTH Fiji delivers recovery-oriented, community-based services that are trauma-informed, inclusive and rooted in care and compassion.
