We’re looking for a Senior Regional Program Mentor who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Cambodia.

  • This assignment seeks to shape EnergyLab Asia (ELA) regional presence in a structured and efficient way, establishing a growth plan with goals and a timeline
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need an advanced degree in relevant fields such as Master’s degree in business administration, Master’s degree in international development, program management etc.
  • As a volunteer, you will support mapping and establishing an action plan to prioritise partnerships with key institutional actors. Identify actors that are not on ELA current radar but can be essential to work with

About the Partner Organisation

EnergyLab Asia is an innovative not-for-profit organisation driving a fair and impactful transition to renewable energy in Southeast Asia.

We were established in Cambodia in 2018, and are based in Phnom Penh. Over 2024, we expanded our operations to Lao PDR and now aim to work across Southeast Asia. The role is a pivotal one in supporting EnergyLab Asia to build and strengthen its regional organisational architecture, program structure, and therefore further expand its impact model in several countries. The role will be directly working with EnergyLab senior management, and will be directly contributing to the development of Cambodia.

You will be working with a team that is savvy, fun, nice to work with, and driven to make a difference, in a complex environment.
