Proposal and Report Writing Mentor

We’re looking for a Proposal and Report Writing Mentor who can volunteer in a hybrid role both remotely (online) and in-country for a total of 12 months. 

• This assignment seeks to support and strengthen the skills of the management level in the proposal and donor report writing
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need to Understand the NGO women's sector in Timor-Leste and the Ability to cope with cultural isolation and a different standard of living
• You will be working alongside Management Team and Coordinators and M&E team

About the Partner Organisation 

ALOLA Foundation is a women's organization that has been established for 21 years to implement its mission to promote women's rights, Fundasaun Alola has held several strategic plan sessions which are used as a basis for carrying out its mission. To develop this organization Alola identifies the need to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation system and also review the existing strategic plan to provide maximum service. In addition, the organization has designed a new initiative to develop an integration approach in 2019 that will be implemented over the following years

Last year, Alola received organizational management assistance from AVI. It is now seeking a volunteer to facilitate communication between the donor and the local organization, specifically to address the language barrier in their partnership
