Program Management and Organisational Development Mentor

We’re looking for a Program Management and Organisational Development Mentor who can live and volunteer for 12 months in Fiji.

• This assignment seeks to guide the implementation and monitoring of SVTC Strategic Development Plan and to strengthen the management of funded projects in line with donor compliance and reporting requirements
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need formal qualification or professional training in Organisational Development, HR Management or Project/Fundraising Management
• You will be working alongside the Program Manager and conduct an organisational capacity assessment and strengthen their operational and programan management systems

About the Partner Organisation 

The Vision of the SVTC is to empower rural indigenous women, their families, and communities, within the province of Cakaudrove, to value their traditional cultures and skills while realising their full potential for a brighter future. The Objectives of the SVTC are to enhance the status of Indigenous women in Cakaudrove Province, to preserve, encourage, and strengthen traditional values, culture, arts and crafts, chants, songs, dances (mekes) throughout the province.
