About the Partner Organisation
Hearts for Hue works to improve the lives of resettled villagers living in Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam, through community development programs focused on health, education, sanitation, water access, environmental awareness, and household economic development. These programs impact communities by approaching social issues, such as poverty and physical or mental disabilities, by creating economic opportunity and increasing community support. Programs are focused on improving the lives of women, children, and individuals living with disabilities. This assignment focuses on the development, delivery, and evaluation of gender-sensitive and culturally appropriate training programs aimed at strengthening the financial literacy, decision-making, and leadership capacities of women in targeted project areas. The role involves reviewing existing training materials, standardizing new modules, and facilitating capacity-building workshops on topics such as financial management, debt prevention, budgeting, savings, and microfinance.
