We’re looking for an Organisational Support and Sustainability Mentorwho can volunteer in a hybrid role both remotely (online) and in-country for a total of 7 months. 


  • This assignment seeks to improve its Strategic Plan and to increase Financial Stability of the organisation.
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need a Master’s degree in fields such as Public Administration, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Economics.
  • As a volunteer, you will support in strengthening the organization capacity in terms of individual staff, management and policies

About the Partner Organisation 

Having been a research centre of the Cambodian Economic Association for 5 years, CPS was registered with the Ministry of Interior on 20 November 2014 to be an independent think tank to serve the public interests of Cambodia. Since its inception, CPS has been conducting more than 50 studies primarily in the areas of agriculture and agroprocessing, land, labour, and rural development. CPS is seeking an experienced professional to support the organization in improving its operational effectiveness and ensuring long-term sustainability. The volunteer assignment is essential for CPS as it will enhance the organization's operational effectiveness and ensure long-term success. The volunteer will focus on critical areas like strategic planning and financial sustainability, enabling CPS to grow and become more resilient.

We cover your flights, insurance, and provide a living and accommodation allowance. Learn more here

There are two allowances for a hybrid assignment.

The allowance for the in-country phase is AUD$2427 per month, the allowance for the remote phase is AUD$79 ( Part time) per month.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.  

Additional requirements for this assignment include First Aid Certificate.
