Stella's Child is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Mentor who can volunteer in a Hybrid role both remotely (online) and in-country for a total of 9 months in Indonesia.

  • This assignment seeks to assess the effectiveness and impact of Stella’s Child’s programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives. Together with the local staff, this role involves developing and implementing M&E frameworks, collecting and analysing data, and providing insights to improve program performance.
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.
  • You will be working alongside the Executive Director and other team members to track progress, measure outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. The organisation aims to apply data-driven decision-making to enhance program effectiveness and ensure accountability.

About the Partner Organisation

Stella's Child was founded in 2013 to provide education for under privileged youth in order to be prepared to face the world of work. Often times, these underprivileged youth will not have the same opportunities to develop their soft or hard skills other than what they have received in their school. This usually leads them to fewer job and education opportunities which will keep them in the cycle of poverty. To combat this cycle, Stella's Child provide the youth with critical life skills development programs, including Junior and Senior Life Skills Academy, Entrepreneurship Program, First Employ, and Community Action Project.
