We’re looking for a MEL Mentor who can live and volunteer in a hybrid role both remotely (online) and in-country for total of 4 months.
- This assignment seeks to support close-out and interim project reporting
- To be considered for this role, you’ll need Experience in developing internal MEL systems
- You will be working alongside country team
About the Partner Organisation
CUFA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to expanding financial inclusion and financial literacy for vulnerable people and communities, while supporting sustainable livelihood opportunities in developing countries. Through a combination of targeted funding and technical assistance, CUFA works to strengthen financial capability, improve access to inclusive financial services, and enhance economic resilience at the household and community level. Its approach emphasises locally driven solutions, strong partnerships, and practical interventions that respond to the needs of underserved populations.

Hybrid assignment
There are two allowances for a hybrid assignment.
The allowance for the in-country phase is AUD$ 1370 per month, the allowance for the remote phase is AUD$ 79per month.

Requirements
- All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
- A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.
- A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
Additional requirements for this assignment include first aid certificate.
