About the Partner Organisation
Free To Shine is a child protection organisation working in rural Siem Reap, Cambodia, to keep girls safe and in school. We partner with girls, their families, schools, and local authorities to prevent trafficking and exploitation and to strengthen community-based child protection. As part of our Strategic Plan 2025–2030, our aim is to grow organisational capacity, governance, and monitoring, evaluation and learning so we can deepen impact and reach more girls and families. An international volunteer will mentor and coach the MEAL Officer and wider program team, and co-develop practical systems and tools that cannot easily be sourced or resourced locally. The role brings specialist MEAL expertise and global best practice while supporting staff to embed learning in Khmer language and context.
