Disabilitas Kerja Indonesia (DKI) is looking for a Marketing Positioning and Branding Strategist who can volunteer in a hybrid role both remotely (online) for 3 months and in-country for 6 months in Indonesia.


  • This assignment seeks to develop well-planned marketing campaigns, and create creative marketing approaches that focus on the right audience for maximum impact. The volunteer's goal is highlighting the unique value of hiring people with disabilities.
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have an extensive experience in creating and implementing marketing and/or branding strategy into a similar context and/or have experience in demonstrating social campaigns.
  • As a volunteer, you will support capacity building of local staff by sharing marketing and branding knowledge, strategies, as well as technical skill such as data analysis and market research. Ability to interpret data analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and market trends will be a plus.

There are two allowances for a hybrid assignment.

The allowance for the in-country phase is AUD$1,370.00 per month, the allowance for the remote phase is AUD$79.00 per month.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments. 

Additional requirements for this assignment include attaining a First Aid Certificate.
