About the Partner Organisation

The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MAF) is the principal organization charged by the Government of Samoa to provide policies, regulation and technical support to agriculture and fisheries production. MAF approach is to work in partnership with stakeholders such as subsistence farmers, commercial farmers, importers, exporters and Argo-processors and in collaboration with their associated public agencies, NGOs and service providers.

Vision - "To be a leading authority in sustainable Agriculture and Fisheries, contributing to the prosperity and well-being for all".

Located at the TATTE Building, Level 4.

MAF seeks a High-Level knowledge volunteer in marine life to be able to formulate strategies that support the achievement of the ministry's overall objective on marine life, due to the shortage of specific knowledge in Samoa.
