Management Mentor

We’re looking for a Management Mentor who can live and volunteer for 12 months in Timor-Leste

• This assignment seeks to review of ProEM's current system, identifying areas for improvement to ensure that the organisation meets its strategy goals and has long term sustainability  
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need proven experience in organisational development, preferably within a social enterprise, hospitality/tourism or non-profit environment  
• You will be working alongside the ProEma director and team  

About the Partner Organisation 

ProEMA, based in Dili plays an important role in improving economic and social outcomes for young Timorese women and youth. As ProEMA strives to implement its vision, the need for effective and adaptable leadership is critical to ensure the implementation of goals, the sourcing of secure revenue streams and enhancing operational efficiency across a range of initiatives that include delivering vocational training, managing profitable social enterprises and supporting incubator start up businesses. An Organisational Mentor who can continue to build the capacity of the Director will ensure this is achieved.
