Innovation & Enterprise Development Mentor

We’re looking for an Innovation & Enterprise Development Mentor  who can live and volunteer in-country for 12 months. 

• This assignment seeks to advance innovation and problem-solving capacity through the application of design thinking methodologies and strengthen the partner organization's ability to deliver impactful community programs.
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need a bachelor's degree in the related field and digital literacy and IT skills.
• As a volunteer, you will support capacity building, mentoring, and co-design of community-driven programs.

About the Partner Organisation 

DreamSpace Academy is a social enterprise based in Batticaloa, Hatton, & Mullaitivu, Sri Lanka.

The organization empowers local communities to address complex socio-economic and environmental challenges through challenge-based learning, grassroots innovation, and impact venture building, contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals.

DreamSpace Academy needs a volunteer to strengthen its design thinking and innovation programs, build the capacity of youth and community changemakers, and support the organization's efforts to scale locally driven solutions for greater social impact.
