Disabilitas Kerja, a disability recruitment agency, is looking for an Inclusive Partnership Mentor who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Jakarta, Indonesia.


  • This assignment seeks to build and expand strategic partnerships, identify, reach out to, and establish collaborations with potential companies that committed to disability-inclusive employment.
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need a minimum of one year experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and corporate relations. Experience working in diversity and inclusion settings and/or have experience in disability advocacy is an advantage.
  • As a volunteer, you will guide the local staff to develop new initiatives to ensure the long-term sustainability of inclusion programs and foster collaborations with other stakeholders, including government agencies and communities, to strengthen the inclusive employment ecosystem.

Disabilitas Kerja is a disability recruitment company specializing in connecting job seekers with disabilities to employers in global corporations, private companies, and government enterprises. Established in 2018, Disabilitas Kerja is also preparing to become a holding company, expanding its services through subsidiaries focused on inclusive workplace training and accessibility assessments.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
