Human Resource Management Mentor

We’re looking for a Human Resource Management Mentor who can live and volunteer for 12 months in South Africa.

• This assignment will support the team to analyse the current HR practices and advise on any changes that may could be made.
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need a relevant qualification in Human Resource Management and have experience in this field.
• Provide support by mentoring the members of the management team who are involved in HR at the Home. 

About the Partner Organisation 

Ann Harding Cheshire Home (AHCH) is a residential care facility for adults with permanent physical disability. The facility aims to create a society where persons with disabilities have equal opportunities. Their mission is to assist people with disabilities regardless of their colour, race or creed, by providing the conditions necessary for their physical, mental and spiritual well-being. 

The Home is looking for a volunteer with expertise in the field of Human Resource (HR) Management to support them with all aspects of human resources within their organisation, including recruitment, training, grievance processes, employee relations and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and human resource best practice.
