We’re looking for a Human Resource Management Mentorwho canlive and volunteer for 5 months in Bhutan.

  • This assignment seeks to Support in the development and implementation of a data-driven staffing forecasting framework to ensure efficient resource allocation and proactive planning across ministries and agencies
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need a minimum of bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, or a related field, with specialisation or certification in workforce planning or HR analytics.
  • As a volunteer, you will provide guidance and enhance talent acquisition and retention strategies by incorporating global best practices, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workforce.

About the Partner Organisation 

The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) is the central nodal agency for civil servants of the Royal Government of Bhutan. With the vision of the Royal Civil Service Commission's strategic roadmap to achieve "Enlightened Entrepreneurial Bureaucracy for a High-Performing Civil Service that contributes to a High-Income GNH Economy," the RCSC emphasises delivering efficient and effective services, supported by technology, innovation, and empathy. This volunteer assignment is crucial to the Royal Civil Service Commission as it aims to improve their human resource management processes across all facets, including staffing forecasting, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement across ministries and agencies.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
