About the Partner Organisation

The Naha Birthing and Urban Health Centre (Naha BUHC), under the Honiara City Council Health and Medical Services department (HCCHMS) is one of the most significant health infrastructure projects supported by the Australian Government in the Solomon Islands over the past decade. The facilities are expected to be operational by mid 2026 and are designed to enhance primary health care and birthing services for low-risk pregnancies for the women of Honiara .
