Bebali Foundation is looking for a Grants Planning and Development Mentor who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
- This assignment seeks to support the sustainability of its programs by securing ongoing funding through grants. The volunteer will mentor the local staff to strengthen the organisation's strategic approach to grant acquisition.
- To be considered for this role, you’ll need more than five years experience working with small non-profit organizations to find funding sources.
- As a volunteer, you will also assist the team to research the prominent funders.
About the Partner Organisation
Yayasan Pecinta Budaya Bali (YPBB) or Bebali Foundation has existed since 2002 in response to the fragility of traditional cultures in some of the most remote areas of Indonesia, lag of cultural materials, environmental degradation and the need to create streams of income within this framework. Bebali work with about 50 communities across 11 Islands in Indonesia. They work under three core pillars which are revitalizing indigenous cultures, facilitating land stewardship, and incubating rural livelihoods.

Requirements
- All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
- A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.
- A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
Additional requirements include a First Aid Certificate
