Fundraising and Communication Mentor

We’re looking for a Fundraising and Communication Mentor who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Cambodia.

• This assignment seeks to produce procedure of communication and fundraising for Spoons café and spoons camboida organizaiton
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need a strong experience in communication, fundraising, or marketing
• As a volunteer, you will support to connect long-term strategic partners 

About the Partner Organisation 

SPOONS Cambodia Organization enables underprivileged Cambodian young adults to become self-supporting through education, training, and employment opportunities in the hospitality industry. To date, we have helped more than 620 young adults launch their hospitality careers. This assignment will support the development of clear communication guidelines, SOPs, and branding tools to improve consistency across email, Telegram, and digital platforms. It will also enhance SPOONS’ website, social media, and digital presence, making information more accessible to partners and supporters. In addition, the assignment will introduce systems to collect and manage impact data, strengthening reporting and accountability. Through mentoring and basic training, the volunteer will build the team’s capacity in communication, fundraising, and digital tools, ensuring long-term sustainability.
