KI is looking for a fundraiser or fund development professional with strong experience in providing coaching and mentorship for staff towards the development of innovative solutions in fundraising, relationship building, and strategic marketing. This role is to provide capacity building around fundraising initiatives within the organisation. The volunteer will support KI to strengthen their capacity to achieve growth in income generated from corporates, individuals, trusts and philanthropic foundations. The volunteer will also support members of the Senior Management Team (SMT), and the Communication Officer with fund development initiatives in the organisation in accordance with organisational standards, policies and strategies.

Kwakha Indvodza (KI), based in Mbabane, Eswatini, is the countries' foremost male mentoring organisation. As one of the most gender unequal countries in the world, KI specialises in community-led health and behaviour change interventions with men and boys. Their aim is to create healthy, resilient and more gender equal gender roles, guided by positive and informed male influences. KI responds to fundamental gaps in HIV and violence prevention programs and provides a unique interactive space to nurture healthy, resilient and gender-aware males.

The Australian Volunteers Program is an Australian government-funded initiative. We support partner organisations across the Pacific, Asia, and Africa to achieve locally led change.
