We’re looking for a Fund Development Mentor who can volunteer in a hybrid role, initially part time remotely online from home for 3 months then in country for 9 months.
· You will be working alongside local staff to support fund development initiatives in accordance with organisational standards, policies and strategies.
· To be considered for this role, you’ll need a relevant qualification and experience in providing coaching and mentorship for staff towards the development of innovative solutions for fundraising and strategic marketing of the organisation.
· As a volunteer, you will support gender equity in Eswatini.
Kwakha Indvodza (KI), based in Mbabane, Eswatini, is the countries' foremost male mentoring organisation. As one of the most gender unequal countries in the world, KI specialises in community-led health and behaviour change interventions with men and boys. Their aim is to create healthy, resilient and more gender equal gender roles, guided by positive and informed male influences.
KI is looking for a fund development professional with experience in providing coaching and mentorship of staff towards the development of innovative solutions in fundraising, relationship building, and strategic marketing. The volunteer will support KI to strengthen their capacity to achieve growth in income generation and will also support members of the Senior Management Team (SMT), and the Communication Officer to develop funding initiatives.

There are two allowances for a hybrid assignment.
The allowance for the in-country phase is AUD$ 2179 per month, the allowance for the part time remote phase is AUD$ 79 per month.
Requirements
· All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
· A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.
· A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
Additional requirements for this assignment include attaining a First Aid Certificate.
