We’re looking for an Early Career Research Mentor who can live and volunteer for 2 weeks in Laos.
About the Partner Organisation
This assignment is designed to facilitate planning to support the ongoing collaboration between RAID, AVP, HUAF and Souphanouvong University after success of a similar program in Vietnam. To determine if this would be feasible we are requesting to send Fran to Laos to build relationships and co-design a program tailored for Laos to commence at the end of 2026 with new Australian volunteers.
About the Australian Volunteers Program
The Australian Volunteers Program is an Australian government-funded initiative. We support partner organisations across the Pacific, Asia, and Africa to achieve locally led change.
Volunteers are supported throughout their volunteer journey. We actively support and encourage people of all backgrounds and abilities to volunteer and aim to make the program as accessible and inclusive as possible.
