Disabilitas Kerja Indonesia (DKI) is looking for a Disability Inclusion Mentor who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Jakarta Indonesia.



  • This assignment seeks to mentor the local staff to conduct comprehensive inclusion assessments: evaluate partner companies’ current policies, practices, and infrastructure related to disability inclusion.
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need experience in conducting assessments and research, skilled in preparing assessment reports and designing blueprints. Background and experience in inclusive business research and knowledge of disability regulations international standards are plus.
  • As a volunteer, you will support to develop strategic roadmaps: design actionable, short-term and long-term inclusion strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps that align with both national disability regulations and global standards.

Disabilitas Kerja is a leading disability recruitment company specializing in connecting job seekers with disabilities to employers in global corporations, private companies, and government enterprises. Established in 2018, Disabilitas Kerja is also preparing to become a holding company, expanding its services through subsidiaries focused on inclusive workplace training and accessibility assessments.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.  

Additional requirements include a First Aid Certificate
