Cricket Coach Mentor

We’re looking for a Cricket Coach Mentor who can live and volunteer for 12 months in Samoa. 

•  This assignment seeks to support the success of the National Teams and inspire the next generation of cricketers.
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need a minimum of Level 2 High Performance/Elite Coach.  
• You will be working alongside local coaches and building their capacity to work towards elite coaches.  

About the Partner Organisation 

The Samoan International Cricket Association (SICA), based in Apia, is a non-for-profit organization with programs that have a participation base of more than 30,000 male and female participants of all ages, including people with disabilities. The organisation enlists the support of international coaches to prepare their teams for competitions. 

SICA is looking at the volunteer to work with the men and women’s teams and simultaneously capacity build the team of local coaches. At the end of the assignment these coaches will continue to coach national teams while continuing their training to obtain a qualification to be cricket high performance coaches.
