About the Partner Organisation
Navillus Pacific Trading Ltd, based in Nuku’alofa, has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Their family business was started, and has grown, with a passion for the business itself and the community in which they operate, not just the income that can be generated. They work with, and provide training for, interns from several local schools that have hospitality programs, and support apprentices from local training organisations to offer opportunities.
The organisation is looking for a Chef Trainer who is skilled and passionate about food and creativity. The volunteers’ high standards and level of skill would offer capacity building to the team. They could help to inspire the team with using local Tongan products to create new fusion menu concepts and help them to deliver exceptional dishes and customer service to their Restaurant and Event Catering customers. Working with the Head Chef the volunteer will be
able to add diversity and leadership to the current kitchen team.
