About the partner organisation
The Institute of Strategy and Policy on Agriculture and Environment (ISPAE) is the advisory and research organization under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE). It has the functions of proposing and developing strategies and policies within the areas of MAE’s mandate; conducting research, providing consultancy services and training courses on agriculture and rural development, poverty reduction, natural resource management, environmental protection and climate change response. ISPAE has been leveraging the reputations of its predecessor organizations - ISPONRE and IPSARD - to continuously develop and expand its operational scale within its mandated functions. The assignment focuses on supporting ISPAE to study on NCA ; building national and provincial capacity on NCA; and mobilizing the international resources for expanding the NCA in Viet Nam.. Ultimately, the assignment will contribute to ISPAE’s strategic goal of becoming a key knowledge and policy advisory center on sustainable agriculture and environmental governance.
