We’re looking for an Asset and Liability Management Advisor who can live and volunteer for 3 months in Tuvalu.


  • This assignment seeks to develop internal processes and procedures to support the implementation of the ALM policy
  • You will be working alongside the DBT staff to implement and manage the ALM framework, while providing capacity strenghtening programs
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need experience in senior-level enterprise risk management

 The Development Bank of Tuvalu (DBT) provides the highest level of customer service and financial assistance in Tuvalu. DBT's mission is to be the best partner for business and development, while offering and delivering sustainable and high-quality business development. The volunteer assignment will support DBT in developing internal processes and relevant policy to ensuire its effective implementation.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.  

Additional requirements for this assignment include obtaining First Aid Certificate.
