We’re looking for a ANCP Program Mentor  who can live and volunteer in a hybrid role both remotely (online) and in-country for a total of two  months. 


  • This assignment seeks to Review and strengthen program monitoring and evaluation frameworks for ANCP programs
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need Extensive experience in managing Australian Government-funded (DFAT/AusAID) development programs with demonstrated understanding of compliance and reporting requirements

This Life's mission is to empower Cambodians to address complex social justice issues through grassroots community consultation, development techniques, and strengths-based case management for children and families. We work alongside communities advocating for change and providing direct service to those facing compound disadvantages.

 

Our aim is to break the cycle of poverty and improve lives by respecting local culture, valuing local expertise, and utilising rights-based approaches. We engage with various stakeholders including government partners, community leaders, families, and children to create sustainable change. This Life is a well-respected community development NGO with a collaborative and integrity-driven approach.

 

We are entering an exciting new phase with our Strategic Plan 2025-30, which will guide our organizational development and program expansion over the coming years. This strategic direction, combined with ANCP program implementation, positions This Life for sustainable growth and increased impact in the communities we serve.

About the Australian Volunteers Program  

The Australian Volunteers Program is an Australian government-funded initiative. We support partner organisations across the Pacific, Asia, and Africa to achieve locally led change.

We cover your flights, insurance, and provide a living and accommodation allowance. Learn more here


There are two allowances for a hybrid assignment.

The allowance for the in-country phase is AUD$ 2427per month, the allowance for the remote phase is AUD$ 79 per month.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.  

Additional requirements for this assignment include first aid certificate.
