Since 1951, when University of Melbourne graduate student Herb Feith first began volunteering in Indonesia, Australians have enthusiastically embraced international volunteering.
The Australian Government has proudly supported more than 17,000 Australians to volunteer overseas, working alongside hundreds of partner organisations to progress their development goals.
