Make the career move of a lifetime!

Australian Volunteers International (AVI) typically recruits for its Volunteer Program four times a year.

At present, the program - proudly supported by AusAID, the Australian Government's overseas aid program - is being remodelled into a single branded volunteer program, which means the level of funding available to AVI during this transition period won't enable us to recruit and mobilise the same number of new volunteers as in previous years.

We are still actively recruiting for the following programs:

VSO_logo

The AVI/VSO Partnership Program - sending up to 50 volunteers overseas each
year to Africa, Central and South-East Asia, and Latin America.

The AVI / VSO Partnership Program generally recruits in the sectors of Education, Health and Fundraising.

PACTAM header

Pacific Technical Assistance Mechanism (PACTAM) - sending approximately 30 deployees each year to work within Government Departments and
Agencies in Pacific Island nations.

Australian and international candidates are encouraged to apply for roles advertised within PACTAM for which they closely match the selection criteria.
