Palau is situated between the Philippines and Hawaii in the North Pacific. It has a local population of 20,000 people that more than doubles with tourists visiting for the exceptional diving and its natural beauty.
Palau Community College is a public education institution designed to meet the technical, academic, cultural, social and economic needs of the students and communities of Palau by providing learning opportunities and developing personal excellence. The College is the only post-secondary education institution in Palau.
Improving the Agricultural Science program at Palau Community College is the key to this absorbing 2 year assignment. Train agriculture instructors in techniques and methods in teaching, research and development in the field of Farming and Animal Husbandry; develop and coordinate with instructors course teaching methods, techniques and resources, and, assist instructors with program planning.
Use your demonstrated success in teaching and training in Farming and Animal Husbandry and your applied knowledgwe of starting a farming business and the farming industry, along with your success in building the skills of others in formal and/or informal training and coaching backed by your relevant qualifications to gain this challenging and exciting role.
