Human Resources Mentor |
Help build the institutional strength of Transparency International - PNG (TIPNG) by designing and implementing human resources and organisational development frameworks.
In the role of Human Resource Mentor, the volunteer will have proven experience and skills in developing HR and OD frameworks for effective management of human resources and enabling policies for capacity development.
In this role, the volunteer will work with the Executive Director and Operations Manager to build their capacities to effectively manage the organisation. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures and an HR Manual. They will also support TIPNG build sustainable internal management practices, plans, and monitoring and evaluating tools.
Ideally this volunteer will be skilled in working in an organisation going through change and, because this is a very sensitive role, they will also need to have a mature approach to work.
To be selected for this role you will need to have: a relevant tertiary qualification change management experience, preferably in a small to medium size organisation mentoring and coaching skills policy and procedure writing skills, and planning, HR and management skills.
